Hazelnut Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Hazelnuts
- 1⁄2 Cup of Almonds
- 1⁄2 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds
- 1⁄2 Cup Cranberries or Dried Fruit
- 2 1⁄2 Cups of Granola Oats
- 1 Cups of Coconut Flakes
- 3⁄4 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1⁄2 Cup of honey
- 1⁄2 Cup of Veg. oil
- 1⁄4 Cup of Coconut oil
Method
- Pre heat oven to 300 degrees
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Spread evenly onto a baking dish.
- Blend honey, coconut oil and veg oil on low heat in a stainless pot. Drizzle over Almond-Oat mixture. Gently stir. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
- When golden brown let cool. Then add dried fruit of choice and store in a sealed container.
