Hazelnut Granola Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Hazelnuts
  • 1⁄2 Cup of Almonds
  • 1⁄2 Cup of Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1⁄2 Cup Cranberries or Dried Fruit
  • 2 1⁄2 Cups of Granola Oats
  • 1 Cups of Coconut Flakes
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 Cup of honey
  • 1⁄2 Cup of Veg. oil
  • 1⁄4 Cup of Coconut oil

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Spread evenly onto a baking dish.
  3. Blend honey, coconut oil and veg oil on low heat in a stainless pot. Drizzle over Almond-Oat mixture. Gently stir. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  4. When golden brown let cool. Then add dried fruit of choice and store in a sealed container.
  5. Enjoy!
